Two Independent Loopers. More Creative Freedom.

The VLP-200 features two independently controlled loop tracks, with dedicated footswitches for LOOP 1 and LOOP 2.

This gives you far more flexibility than a traditional single-loop looper. Build a rhythm foundation on LOOP 1 while using LOOP 2 for another musical section, layer different ideas or switch between sections of a song.

Two playback modes give you different ways to work:

• SERIAL Mode – play LOOP 1 and LOOP 2 sequentially for smooth transitions between different sections of a song.
• FREE Mode – operate the two loop tracks independently, allowing both loops to play simultaneously.

The result is a looper that can adapt to both straightforward looping and more advanced live performance setups.

Smart-Doubling Overdubbing

The VLP-200's smart-doubling overdub function allows overdub tracks to be recorded in integer multiples of the original loop length.

This is particularly useful when building rhythmic layers or adding musical phrases of different lengths while keeping everything locked to the original loop structure.

If an overdub is stopped before reaching the selected multiple, the VLP-200 automatically completes the appropriate loop length, helping maintain clean and musical timing.

100+ Drum Rhythms with Intelligent Sync

The built-in drum machine provides 100+ high-quality rhythm patterns, including styles covering rock, pop, electronic, jazz, metal and more. A metronome is also included.

The drum samples use 24-bit/48 kHz audio, providing detailed and high-quality backing rhythms.

The VLP-200 also features a Drum SYNC function. When recording with the drum machine active, phrases can be automatically synchronized to the rhythm, helping keep your loops aligned with the beat while retaining the natural feel of your playing.

Auto Record for Easier Looping

For players who prefer a more relaxed looping workflow, the VLP-200 includes an Auto Record mode.

Instead of having to perfectly time the start of your recording, Auto Record begins recording when the unit detects an appropriate input signal after the footswitch has been activated.

It's a useful feature for songwriting, practice and musicians who are new to looping.

Up to 7 Hours of Recording

The VLP-200 gives you plenty of space for developing and storing musical ideas.

It provides 99 project storage locations, with approximately 7 hours of total stereo recording capacity. Each project can store the LOOP 1 and LOOP 2 recordings together with the selected drum rhythm and BPM information. Recordings are stored as 24-bit/48 kHz stereo WAV files. This makes the VLP-200 more than just a live looper — it can also become a portable library for your musical ideas.

Designed for Guitar, Bass & Microphones

The VLP-200 supports a range of instruments and sources.

Its left input features an INST/MIC selection, allowing you to connect an instrument such as guitar or bass or a suitable dynamic microphone without requiring a separate interface.

Two-channel inputs and outputs also allow the VLP-200 to work with both mono and stereo setups.

Clear Visual Feedback

Both loop footswitches feature four-colour LED rings that communicate the current status of the loop.

Different colours and flashing patterns indicate functions such as recording, playback, overdubbing, standby and other operations, making it easier to understand what the looper is doing while you're performing.

Silent Practice with Headphones

The built-in 3.5 mm headphone output lets you monitor the VLP-200 directly through headphones.

This makes it ideal for quiet practice, songwriting and late-night creative sessions without having to connect the unit to an amplifier or PA system.

MIDI & External Footswitch Control

The VLP-200 includes MIDI IN/OUT for synchronizing with external MIDI equipment.

A dedicated CTRL input also allows you to connect an external footswitch. This can be used to control the drum machine and access tap tempo functions without taking your hands away from your instrument.

USB-C Computer Connectivity

Connect the VLP-200 to a Windows or Mac computer via USB-C to manage your projects and update the firmware.

The companion software allows you to import and export recorded projects, making it easy to transfer your loops and recordings between the VLP-200 and computer.
