With the SE Custom 24-08 solidbody electric guitar, PRS brings one of its most sonically versatile guitars to its most value-laden line of instruments. It's loaded with a pair of TCI (Tuned Capacitance and Inductance) humbucking pickups and advanced switching options to yield every type of tone a modern guitarist could ask for. Two mini toggle switches serve as coil taps for each pickup, allowing you to instantly switch between fat humbucking tones and chiming single-coil tones — there's even a "dual single-coil" mode unique to this model. Complete with PRS's Wide Thin neck profile for comfortably fast playability and a PRS tremolo for maximum expression, this PRS SE Custom 24-08 offers a lifetime of musical exploration.

When used as humbuckers, the output is clear with a slight edge that distinguishes the SE Custom 24-08 Quilt from the rest of the mix. Splitting the TCI “S” pickups takes that single-coil sound to new dimensions, capable of funky rhythm tones and bluesy leads.
